Naila Francis is a certified grief coach and death midwife, as well as an interfaith minister. She companions individuals on the journey of grief and loss with compassionate witness, heart-centered guidance and non-judgmental support. In a culture that doesn’t make space for grief and rushes us to “move on,” she invites grievers to work with their sorrows not as something to get over but as a natural response to loss and change that can be integrated into their lives. Naila is also a Reiki Level II Practitioner and carrier of a shamanic Andean medicine known as the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. She believes in the alchemy of grief to reveal to us the deeper truths of our being, calling us to live more aligned with who we are and what matters to us.
